We are recruiting a Hearing Aid Practitioner M/F to join a hearing aid store located in Lille, in the Nord department, as part of a full-time CDI.
Description and tasks
You'll be working in a multi-skilled position, combining technical expertise and sales skills. You will be required to work in one or two hearing aid centers, according to a schedule to be drawn up. The stores are located within 5 km of each other, and will enable you to build up a close relationship with a loyal clientele.
Your main tasks will include:
- Performing hearing assessments and complementary tests
. - Fitting hearing aids and regular patient follow-up
- Adjustments, maintenance and fitting of hearing aids
- Personalized advice and support
- Collaborative work with on-site teams to guarantee optimal care
- Participation in the center's business development
Structure DNA
You'll be working in a network of modern, well-established stores in the region, with strong local roots. The working environment is stimulating, with state-of-the-art equipment and a team dynamic focused on development and proximity to the patient. Autonomy and organization are encouraged to optimize the quality of care and patient follow-up.
Compensation
You'll receive a fixed salary of €4,300 to €4,500 gross per month, plus a monthly bonus of 2% of sales, with an annual guarantee of €10,000 per year min and up to €15,000.
